These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of chatq, a shared WhatsApp Business inbox operated by IT FORT LLC (“chatq”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business.
chatq provides software that lets a business connect its own WhatsApp Business account and manage its customer conversations from a shared team inbox, including routing, assignment, notes, templates, and reporting. chatq is a technology provider on the WhatsApp Business Platform; we are not WhatsApp or Meta, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.
You agree not to use chatq to:
Violations may result in suspension or termination and may affect your WhatsApp account standing with Meta.
chatq offers free and paid plans. Paid subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change plan features or pricing on reasonable notice. WhatsApp conversation charges from Meta are separate and paid by you directly to Meta.
chatq and its software, branding, and content are owned by IT FORT LLC and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. You retain all rights to your own data and content.
We work to keep chatq available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance and may modify or discontinue features. The service depends on third parties such as Meta, whose availability we do not control.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that messages will always be delivered, as delivery depends on WhatsApp and Meta.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, chatq and IT FORT LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid to chatq in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using chatq and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm or violates Meta's policies. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai will have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
